NOTE GUESTLIST IS CLOSED DUE TO CAPACITY**** An event celebrating the launch of a new book, Riverside: Newcastle's Legendary Alternative Music Venue by Hazel Plater and Carl Taylor, published by Tonto Books. The night will consist of an exclusive screening of a new 45 minute edit of the 'lost' 1991 Tyne Tees TV fly-on-the-wall show 'Riverside' (8 pm screening) followed by live sets from two North East bands PUPPY FAT and HUG who are reforming especially to play this launch. Copies of the book will be available for sale on the night. SOLD OUT EVENT (£1 S&S 2011 membership required for first timers). Doors open 7.30 pm. All ticket proceeds to the Star and Shadow (fundraiser event).
