An opportunity to get to know the Star & Shadow a bit better and partake in a conversation about how we organise when we open. Schedule OPEN EVENING & AGM 6.00pm - 6.30pm: arrival, food and a quick tour of the site. 6.30pm - 7.15pm: AGM fixed agenda. 7.15pm - 8.15pm: discussion about how we organise for the future. 8.15pm - 8.45pm: casual chat and mingling, more refreshments, buy t-shirts, site tour for latecomers, clean up.
