Stanley Kubrick universally hailed as a God-like Genius so it isn't really necessary to repeat that stuff.

What, hopefully, is interesting about these early films is just how good he was without the lenses from NASA, obsessive preparation, unlimited budget etc. These are brilliant, entertaining stories, beautifully  directed.
